children grading

i was asked to make the call, for the first time

some points that i learn
- relax, so that we can the name properly
- stand still, don't ever move
- prepare the script early, don't just depend on the grading sheet
- aware of the surrounding:
--> signs from the tester
--> ask student to fix their gi before bow to the tester
- do the rehearsal many times

2 pm
senior grading

some more points:
- get up (to do streching) only after the tested students finished their 'kihon dosa'
- seiza back before 'shumatsu dosa'
- get ready to pick the belt before it fall on the mats, take it quickly
- seiza all the time (try it!!)
